SMS Terms
Erick AI provides a two-way text-message assistant that clubs offer to their members for support and account-related requests. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from your club through Bulktra LLC.
- Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. Reply START to resume.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@erickai.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your opt-in and consent are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Use of the service
The assistant helps with logistics and questions and routes requests to club staff. It is not for emergencies; for urgent safety issues contact the club directly or emergency services. Bulktra LLC provides the service "as is" and is not responsible for actions taken by a club or its staff.
