Information we collect
To provide the service we collect: your mobile phone number, the text messages and photos you send and receive, and the status of your requests. Clubs may also provide your name and membership status.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your questions, create and track your service requests, notify you of updates, and improve the club's response. Staff at your club can see your requests and conversation so they can help you. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) to send and receive texts and an AI provider to understand and respond to messages.
SMS opt-in and consent are used only to operate this messaging program and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Messaging and opt-out
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. We only text members who have given the club permission to contact them. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties.
Retention, your choices, and contact
We retain requests and messages while you are a member and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize them. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete your personal information. To exercise them or request deletion, contact privacy@erickai.io.
