What Erick AI is
Erick AI is a text-message assistant that clubs (gyms, studios, coaches, and other membership organizations) use to help their members. When you text a club's number, an automated assistant helps handle your request and, when needed, passes it to the club's staff. A real team member can step in at any time.
Messaging, rates, and opting out
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your requests. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. After you reply STOP we will not text you again unless you reply START to resume. We only text members who have given the club permission to contact them.
Information we handle
To provide the service we process your phone number, the messages and photos you send, and the status of your requests. Photos you send are stored so staff can resolve your request. We use a third-party AI provider and a messaging provider to deliver and understand messages. We do not sell your personal information.
How information is used
Your messages are used to answer questions, create and track service requests, notify you of updates, and improve the club's response. Staff at your club can see your requests and conversation so they can help you.
Retention and deletion
Requests and messages are retained while you are a member and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted or anonymized. To request deletion of your data, contact your club or email the address below.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time (reply STOP). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
